You are offerding on a new in box department 56 from the Christmas in the City series, Empire State Building. This was purchased and put away. As you can see from pictures it has never been displayed. I am selling from a personal collection and selling as is. If you have any questions or require additional information please let me know.  

For whoever wins the sale, I will take this out of box if you request to have it plugged in and tested. This way if there is a problem we can cancel the sale.  I will only do this upon winning buyers request. 

Payment and Shipping

I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 7 days of winning sale. If payment is not received, I reserve the right to re-list this item.  Shipping rate quoted is for Domestic buyers in the lower 48 states.
