Dept 56Collectors ClubHouseis a part of theHeritageVillage Series and is Item #54800.It was introduced and retired in the same year, 1998.The house with its white railingon the steps leading to the porch features a 3D village scene in its front window. There is also an accessory piece of a man and woman returning home with bags with the signature Snow Village and Heritage Village labels on them. This piece was made exclusively to collectors belonging to individual clubs and to the NCC. (National Council of Clubs) This beautiful piece was designed to represent the gratitude and appreciation to collectors and their clubs.

The piece is still wrapped in its orginal plastic and has not been opened or displayed.The boxis also in excellent condition.

PAYMENT: We require that payment be made within 5 days after the sale is completed. We accept PayPal as our only method of payment.

SHIPPING: We ship promptly, usually within 24 hours after payment is received. We ship using USPS Priority as that has proven to be the best method with the least amount of damages being reported. There is not much price difference between some of the other methods, so we want to use the one that ensures you get your package timely and in one piece so you can enjoy it! All shipping is paid for by the buyer unless free shipping is stated in the ad. We will either clearly state a shipping price or else your shipping will be calculated when you enter your zip code so it is based on where it is going. If you are going to buy multiple items, please let us know and do not pay until we send you a combined invoice so we can try to save you some money.

If the ad allows for International shipping, just a reminder that all taxes, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. Also we will not mark that this is a gift at zero value.

RETURNS: We have a return policy as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the package AND you return the item to us in the same package and condition that you received it in. Buyer pays for the return shipping, prepaid and insured for the full value. IF HOWEVER, IT IS SOMEHOW OUR MISTAKE, then we will promptly refund all your money, including the cost to ship it back, as soon as we receive the package back. You have to remember that if we list something as USED, it was previously owned, so it may have been displayed, repackaged or show slight wear but we will note that as clearly as we can, so you are not disappointed when you receive one of our items.
