This beautiful piece of Department 56 is in excellent shape. I have never used it but will take it out of the box for inspection before shipping it.

*****On June 1, 2015, the US Postal service begin charging an extra amount for including a \"fragile sticker\" on the package being shipped. After calling and questioning this practice, they said that, indeed, this is true. Therefore, if my shipping cost seems high, this is the reason. I tried shipping without the \"fragile\" sticker, and two of my buildings were broken even though I packed them well.
