This comes from an estate of very gently used and well cared for collection. We will be listing over 80 different shops, inns, cottages, and some accessories. All are in the original boxes. Some of the boxes have minimal writing on them (for example \"From Mom & Dad, 1988\" or similar). These have been gently used, so there may be some small wear marks or imperfections. We sell a variety of new and used items. All our items are sold as is. We have looked over the items and have tried to explain any damage or missing parts. All of our items that are electronic are tested briefly to mainly see if they power on and run. Please read full description before offerding. We are not experts on every item we list. We accept Paypal or Cash or Credit Card upon pick up.
All in state residents will be charged state sales tax during the Checkout process.
Payment must be made by paypal within 4 days of the close of sale. If for some reason you cannot pay for the item within 4 days of the close of sale, please email us through letting us know why.
If payment is not received within the 4 day time period and you have not contacted us within that time to inform us of your payment date, a non-paying buyer alert will be filed.
Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared and packed for shipment in our store. Our shipping fees are designed to cover all packing costs.
Buyer pays ALL FEES which means if the total actual shipping price is OVER the flat rate charged you will be responsibile for the additional postage due.
We ship using USPS and UPS services. Merchandise will ship within 5 - 7 business days of payment confirmation.
Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes when shipping UPS.
International Shipping: We will ship some items international. We only ship International Priority Mail.
LOCAL PICK-UP : Please contact us if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Albemarle, NC 28001 store.
All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a small handling fee (for large items).
DAMAGE: We will NOT reimburse for item or shipping amounts on items that were damaged during shipment.
