You are buying this Dept 56 Dickens Village - Crowntree Freckleton Windmill.It is in greatused condition with no chips or cracks.The windmill function does not work. The motor runs(noisy) but the windmill does not spin. You can disconnect the windmill wire and still use the light. Still displays nicely.

Dept 56 #56.58472, introduced in Dec2000 and retired in Dec 2001. A 25th Anniversary piece limited to 30,000 pieces.Original retail price was $100.00.Great addition to your collection.
