This sale is for a Dept. 56 Great Expectations Satis Manor. This 4-piece set features Satis Manor, Mrs. Havisham\'s house, along with the hardbound unabridged copy of Charles Dickens\' classic novel Great Expectations. The house, which is key to the novel\'s focus, has a forlorn look reflecting Miss Havisham\'s reclusive personality. To complement thishouse an accessory set of 3 entitled \"Miss Havisham, Estella, and Pip\" is included.

This very nice set is in excellent, mint condition in original box & sleeve. The box is a little worn and dogeared in the corners. The styrofoam sleeve is in very good condition. The set looks absolutely enchanting when set up and lit. Would be nice conversation piece all year round. Nice for den or reading room too.

My sister and I are currently selling off my mother\'s private collectibles of her many collections since her (sorry to say) passing this late summer.
