This comes with a chimney that has a blue staircase on side of house with Minnie logo Christmas tree and gingerbread man on front of house. This is Fully-sculptured miniature building, Part of the Disney Village Collection by Department 56, each item sold separately, Lights up with removable fixture, Plug-in cord with on/off switch, Requires 120V/5W bulb, included, Hand painted Porcelain and measures 7.5\'\' H x 6\'\' W x 5\'\' D. All my pieces have been opened & tested, this comes to you brand new, tag still attached, take a look @ my other sales because I do combine sales to help save on the ship costs, when do able, sometimes it is not, just ask me.
