Dimensions: Building =9 3/4 inches tall x 3 1/4 inches wide x 4 inches deep. Box = 13 1/4 inches x 5 3/4 x 5 1/2. Weighs 2 1/4lbs before packaging.

Condition:Very Good to Excellent pre-owned vintage! Only ever occasionally displayed. No fading, no chips, no cracks, no wear to building or accessories, no dust, no marks. Base of building backstamped. Information on 1999 Monopoly Citylights Collection detailed on box.(8 Buildings in Collection).Box shows a little storage wear at corners. Series now retired. Can run on AC or DC. Adaptor would be required.Includes Dept 56 registration (not filled out-blank) Pamphlet. Canadian Edition (outer box in French & English).Made from resin to pay tribute to Parker Bros iconic MONOPOLY game, one of the most popular board games in history!

When full collection of 8 Resin Building are displayed in order, the front paneldiscs spell out \"MONOPOLY\" and, when lined up,the frontsidewalks looklike the spaces on the Monopoly game board. The front entrances each resemble a deed card. All are painted in authentic Monopolycolours. TheOld St. James Hospital#56-13603 has token (shaped) car set in side wall & custom Pewter figure is the Monopoly due with twin babies & a nurse handing him the Hospital bill. Collect them all!
