Theoriginal price on this item was$42.The Village D-Tails Secondary Value is $1175. The Item No. is 65439. It was issued in 1987 and retired in 1988. It is a hand painted porcelain building and as such may contain imperfections such as small indentations, rough spots, crazing, or other slight flaws that occur during manufacturing. Unique variations should be expected seeing as this is a hand painted item. It includes a light cord with on/off switch.

THIS ITEM IS BRAND NEW, NEVER DISPLAYED, STORED IN BOX SINCE PURCHASE.It has only been removed for inspection when purchased and again for picture-taking. This building is in\"MINT\"condition. Included is the original fitted Styrofoam box with cellophane wrappings which may have been removed for photography (see Photograph #3 above).The sleeve/outer box shows signs of storage and/or age(see Photograph #3 above).There are no chips, cracks or repairs to this item. The Department 56 logo and/or sticker is on the mold which guarantees authenticity (see Photograph #2 above).
