Dept 56Collectors ClubHouseis a part of theHeritageVillage Series and is Item #54800.It was introduced and retired in the same year, 1998.The house with its white railingon the steps leading to the porch features a 3D village scene in its front window. There is also an accessory piece of a man and woman returning home with bags with the signature Snow Village and Heritage Village labels on them. This piece was made exclusively to collectors belonging to individual clubs and to the NCC. (National Council of Clubs) This beautiful piece was designed to represent the gratitude and appreciation to collectors and their clubs.
THIS ITEM IS STILL SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX, INCLUDING THE FACTORY SHIPPING BOX AS I RECEIVED IT WHEN I PURCHASED IT AS A COLLECTOR CLUB MEMBER IN 1998. IT HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED OR DISPLAYED. Photographs were borrowed from a similar sale to preserve the original packaging of this item.
