This listing is for a NEW Dept. 56, Snow Village, Fire Station No. 2, #5091-1, This is a handpainted, ceramic Dept. 56 building introduced in 1987 and retired in 1989. It is a NEW OLD STOCK item in brand new condition although it was part of a gift store display prior to the store going out of business. Most of the remaining Dept. 56 store inventory was stored by the owner for many years in her home. This building is undamaged, in factory new condition and comes with the original styrofoam container, sleeve and lightcord that remains factory packaged in plastic wrap. The sleeve and styrofoam container are somewhat soiled and have minor damage and wear from extended shelf storage but are in good, usable condition. Please examine the photographs carefully as they are part of the description. Although new, this item is offered in \"as is\" condition, per above description, with no warranty of guarantee written, expressed or implied.
