Offered is this retired Dept. 56 Snow Village Halloween Village Animated Swinging Skeleton #52514.Itcomes in its original Styrofoam box and cardboardsleeve (which shows some wear).This piecewasintroduced in December2001and was retired in December 2003.It measures approximately 5.25\" x 5.25\" x 5\". The figure itself is in excellent condition without anynicks, chips, cracks or repairs. Thejack-o\'-lantern lights up and the light flickers. Theskeleton, however,does not swing.

I do not know the history of this piece. I bought the set at an estate sale and intended to keep it, but we downsized our home and I just don\'t have room for it. There\'s no odor to it so I don\'t believe that it came from a home where anyone smoked, but I don\'t know that for sure. If you require something from a smoke/pet free home, I can\'t guaranty that these pieces do.
