Department 56 Dickens Village building set:
VICTORIAN FAMILY Christmas HOUSE. #56.58717. This set is in excellent condition. The only damage is the accessory sign is supposed to light, but the cord has been cut, as pictured. This is a non-issue and does not detract at all from this wonderful set. Has styrofoam box, outer gift box, and light cord. Outer sleeve box has a spot about the size of a quarter where it is torn. Included are:

Porcelain lighted building. Lighted window scene in front window. This is in excellent condition with no damage.
Bare Branch tree and Sisal tree. Excellent.
Kissing under the Mistletoe accessory. Excellent with no damage.
Sign with lantern. Does not light, cord cut. No other damage.
Unopened bag of snow.
