Please note that this item is new but has been in storage for over 25 years. The pieces themselves are pristine - they\'ve never been used and have only been taken out of the box for examination (when first purchased) and photographic purposes (for this listing). The box has slight crinkling at the edges as well as some yellowing from age - but the contents are in perfect condition.
This item is part of an old collector\'s stash and is NEW/UNUSED, never displayed, but because of the fact that the box was opened, it is being listed as USED.I havehundredsof other Department 56 Christmas products, primarily but not exclusively from the Heritage Village Collection.
