I am selling a lot of family collectibles & items to make space & catch up on medical bills! Unless otherwise mentioned, all items are guaranteed vintage / antique / authentic & not reproductions as described from my personal collections. All will start at $.99 - Some of my Dickens Village sales will have small Reserves - this one has a low $70 reserve because it was a cherished gift from my Mother who passed away 3 years ago next week. Dickens Village Buildings / ShopsNice used / displayed condition. I see no chips, cracks, or repairs. The styrofoam is fully intact with just one water stain & the exterior cardboard is fully intact with just slight water damage - seen from the inside - some warping & slight tears on the outside of the cardboard but fully structurally sound to hold the house / styrofoam in place. Please see detailed photographs of box & styrofoam! A light is included but I have mixed them all up during the years so I can not guarantee that it is the original light fixture but it is a working / fitting light!
