This is the Fifth Dress that I have made in this Line.

I love making clothes from this time period and my Dianna Effner Little Darling Doll Camylle loves modeling them!! Purple is her favorite color. This is a soft iridescent purple silk dupioni. The color is a dark plum and has red and blue running through it, so it changes colors according to the light. Just beautiful!! This dress is floor length with a ruched bodice and short puffy sleeves, the bodice is lined in white cotton, buttons and loops close the back. She is wearing black lace finger-less gloves, she has pin tucked and insertion lace pantaloons under the dress.Her hat is made from the same matching silk and has a lace overlay and rose chiffon ribbon adorning the top, and tulle ruffling under the brim to set off Camylles\' pretty face. Vintage beaded embroidered lace with tulle ruffling. Darling matching reticule drawstring bag, for the little darling to carry her hanky.

All seams are Surged to Finish, so that the Silk or Material will not unravel. Dry Clean only.

This Ensemble was custom crafted with Love in a Non Smoking Home. The DOLL, SHOES and SOCKS are NOT included!

I especially love creating unique Ensemble\'s for Little Darling doll\'s by Dianna Effner. Since I have started sewing for these adorable little dolls,I have received so much encouragement from the Little Darling community, and I have received a great deal of inspiration from fellow collectors and Effner Little Darling enthusiasts!

Since I\'ve always loved sewing and creating new outfits, my daughter in law encouraged me to start selling on .I have learned so much and I\'m so excited to be a part of the entrepreneur world ;-)

For all my ensembles that have embroidery, I use a Baby Lock Ellisimo Gold Sewing/Embroidery Machine, a gift that my sweet husband gave me for our 38th wedding anniversary.
