Santa has to be able to see that long naughty/nice list. The eye doctor is in and waiting to outfit Santa and his town folk pals with a new pair of spectacles! His sign hangs outside the shop with a pair of gold glasses swinging back and forth. This building is made of porcelain and hand painted. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and comes with original box, sleeve, light cord and bulb. Would be a perfect addition to your holiday village display or standing alone as focal point in your holiday decorations. Trees are not included.Retired in 1999
