This is the beautiful Gypsy Dancing Esmeralda doll that was made by Mattel for Disney in 1995 and is now retired. Esmeralda is a Barbie type doll that you can make \"dance\" by twirling her on her toes. She is wearing a gypsy dress, and her accessories include a golden headpiece, a hoop earring, bracelets, and a tambourine. Due to the age of this item, the tambourine no longer plays music.

She would be an excellent model to customize for your own one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations, or a wonderful addition to an ethnic doll diorama display.

Esmerelda has never been removed from the box (NRFB), but the box has damage. If you are a box collector, please ask about the box condition.
