Plastic case does have surface scratches on front and sides from previous owner. Look at pictures to see scratches on the plastic case. Prince Phillip has a small mark on his face under his chin you can see on picture #3. He came that way from Disney he hasn\'t been tampered with. The dolls themselves are brand new and have never been removed out of the case. They are still attached with factory ties and bands. Dolls do not come with slipcover because previous owner didn\'t include it when I bought it. They come from a smoke free and pet free home.
