Disney\'s NIGHTMARE BEFORE Christmas baseball cap. Probably designed mostly for children but it did fit my adult head that measures about 22\" around. Adjustable strap in back. Shows the characters around the cap. Says \"Tim Burton\'s The Nightmare Before Christmas\" on the visor. Sold at Disneyland. Excellent pre-owned condition with no issues seen. Buyer pays shipping 3.50. BUYERS: I ship WORLDWIDE except for a few exceptions. If you are getting messages from that I do not ship to your country, these are FALSE and should be ignored. If you are having trouble purchasing, try placing the item in your shopping cart and then requesting an invoice. Since my costs are fixed, the correct shipping costs will not show until I send a revised invoice after the purchase. If shipping costs are an issue, please contact me BEFORE purchasing and ask for an estimate of shipping costs. Once an item is purchased, please REQUEST AN INVOICE and I will send a revised invoice within 24 hours. Not requesting an invoice may delay the process as I will need confirmation where the item is to be shipped before I will send a revised invoice. USA COMBINED SHIPPING: I will always combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs whenever possible. When purchasing items with shipping costs, you pay the highest stated shipping costs and then add $2.00 for each additional item. Items that have free shipping will not be charged any additional fee when combined. When you are purchasing items with free shipping, my personal request is to place the items in your shopping cart and then pay for all of the items with ONE payment.

MORE ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING: Under s new requirements, you may have to request a combined invoice before actually buying the items, so they will remain open to other buyers during this process. If you fear you will lose the item before I can respond, I understand if you purchase and pay separately. I will try and still combine items but the costs will be more expensive since I am being charged multiple fees. I also reserve the right to NOT combine items when paid for separately.

STILL MORE ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING: When multiple items are purchased but are mixed shipping classifications (i.e. Priority, First Class, Economy, Media Mail), I reserve the right to separate or ship at the most economical way for me. If all items are the same, I will ship the same. None of these combined shipping statements apply to International buyers.

INTERNATIONAL BUYER GUIDELINES: I charge ACTUAL shipping costs, rounded off, and then add $3.50 handling (if shipping costs exceed $20, handling is $5.00). If the item is free shipping to USA buyers, I charge ZERO handling however if shipping costs exceed $20, I will charge $3.50 handling. If purchasing multiple items that have shipping costs, I will follow the above formula for the items as a group and then charge $2.00 for each additional item.

More information for International buyers: There are basically 3 shipping options: FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY and FIRST CLASS REGISTERED.. Most of my items qualify for First Class and is the cheapest option available. Many countries now have tracking with First Class but there is NO ASSURANCE. If you chose this option, you ASSUME the risk and liability for that item and cannot seek reimbursement if the item is lost, stolen or damaged. If I only sent an option for First Class and you would prefer protection, then please email me immediately and I will send the Priority or Registered option which includes assurance and tracking If the item price and cheapest shipping added together total $75 or more, then I will require that the item be trackable AND insured. This protects both you AND me.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges (if any) are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding/buying.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES: is changing the rules regarding not being able to purchase an item until paid. In the event that you purchase and are not required to pay right away, the following applies: I prefer payment within 5 days of sale end. If additional time is needed, please contact me prior to offerding or purchasing to see if I am willing to accept the timeline. Per guidelines, CONTACT/COMMUNICATION must be made by BOTH the buyer and the seller within THREE days of sale end or purchase. If I receive no response from the buyer, I will start the Unpaid Item Process on Day 4. NOTE: New buyers (0-20 response), I reserve the right to open an Unpaid Item case on Day 2.

HANDLING TIME: I typically will upload the tracking information within 24 hours and ship your item between 1 and 3 days. If you need the item to be shipped ASAP, please contact me to see if I can accommidate your request BEFORE purchasing. Weekends and holidays are not figured into the calculation, but I do ship on most Saturdays.

RETURNS: I offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Item must be in the exact same condition as sent to qualify. Sealed items must still be sealed. No shipping costs returned if no problem with the item. Most cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unless there is a problem with the item, I will require a 20% re-stocking fee with a $3.50 minimum charge. NOTE: Items designated in the description as \"SOLD AS-IS\" are excluded from this return policy. Also, USED videos that are valued $19.99 or higher are not returnable

If you purchase an item and then want to cancel, I charge a 20% re-stocking fee with a $3.50 minimum and $7.50 maximum, so please be very sure of the purchase. I will waive this requirement on store items if you IMMEDIATELY contact me and have not paid yet. All others must REQUEST an invoice to pay the re-stocking fee to avoid an Unpaid Item case.
