Insurance Claim Procedure:
US claims:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, you must go to your local post office to file a claim. US orders include delivery confirmation on your package. If your item is insured, your mailing label will clearly state that your package is insured. In the event your item arrives damaged, you must take the items along with the original packing box, packing materials & shipping label to your local post office & file a damage claim. The post office will take the item from you. We have absolutely no control over how long the post office takes to pay a claim. This is between the buyer & the post office.

International claims:
You must take your item to your post office & file a damage claim. It has been our experience that international claims take a very long time to be resolved. Please note that we have absolutely no control over this. Once a claim is filed, it is between the buyer & your postal service.
If I receive any information regarding your claim, I will email you immediately with that information but I cannot expedite your claim.
