This large hinged pinfeaturesthe storybook of \"Sleeping Beauty\".pThis pin was inspired by the Sleeping Beauty prop storybook shown during the brief live-action prologue sequence before the film in 1959.p The cover of thebook featuresa brassy gold with enamelled \"jewels\".The outer border has enamelling of jewel colored gemstones. pAn inner border/box reads \"Sleeping Beauty\" in agold colored calligraphy script. Beneath the text are outlines of curling vines, thorns and leaves and enamel \"jewels\". pWhen opened, the left inside cover features a detailed outline of the three good fairies (Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather) flying at a downward curve from left to right and trailing fairy dust from their three upheld wands. On the right side, the pin features an ornate vintage book page.pItfeatures aphoto of Princess Aurora (in a blue dress) dancing with Prince Phillip in pink clouds against a darker blue sky and circled by birds. pThere is text underneath and to the right which features a large calligraphy \"A\" which reads \"and they lived happily ever after\". pThe outer edge of the page hasa blue floral border on the bottom and a pink floralborder on top.
