PayPal is our accepted and preferred payment method. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Instant Bank Transfer or e-Check with your PayPal payment.
Please keep in mind, there can be shipping delays if you use an e-check, as we ship when the e-check has cleared your bank and shows cleared by PayPal. All other payment methods will show as cleared instantly and will ship within one business day.
Immediate Payment is required with all purchases. If payment is not made within 3 days, an automated non-payment alert will be filed with .
If you need to ship an item to a 3rd party (such as a gift), make sure to update the shipping address during check-out.
If you need to combine multiple purchases into one payment, please use the shopping cart feature. You can place all items into the shopping cart and send one payment for all items (even if they require immediate payment) and they will all ship in one package.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer FREE standard shipping on almost everything well sell for USA shipments. You can upgrade your shipping method to Expedited (2-3 business days) or Express (1-2 business days) for an additional cost which can be found under the "Shipping and Payments" tab towards the top of this page and during check-out.
International shipments rates are listed under the "Shipping and Payment" tab. To view these rates, simply change the country to your country name and press the "Get Rates" button.
Most International shipments can only be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail. If your country rates do not show First Class, then this shipping option is NOT available for this item. Due to the extended time first class mail can take, we do not offer this method on most International shipments.
With all International shipments there can be customs or duty fees (taxes) charged by your government. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected at time of delivery by the delivery carrier.
We ship within one business day (do not count holidays or weekends) of a cleared payment.
Shipping will be either by USPS Mail or UPS (United Parcel Service), depending on the size and weight of item(s). Best Costume & Toy Deals reserves the right to pick which carrier to use, unless you upgrade your shipping to a specific carrier & shipping method.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO is the same
rates as normal USA shipments. Please understand that shipping times can be longer for these locations.
Please use a physical street address whenever possible, PO Boxes are only acceptable when there is no regular delivery service to your address. UPS shipments require a physical street address.
All packages will have a tracking number that will be uploaded to once shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Everything we sell is brand new in manufacture packaging; almost everything we sell has been acquired directly from the manufacture.
Images of items shown may be generic manufacture images and there
might be slight variations in the actual production or color of the item.
Due to the nature of seasonal items, we DO NOT accept any Costume or Halloween products returned from October 21st to November 5th of every year. If you item was shipped OR delivered during this time, we will not accept a return.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days (except during dates as noted above). The item must not have been opened, damaged, worn or original factory package damaged in any way. Items that have been opened or factory seals broken are not returnable for any reason. The refund will be the total purchase price (item price plus paid shipping, if any), minus the actual cost of shipping & packing. The actual shipping costs may be higher than what you paid for shipping, as we sometimes absorb some of the shipping costs (ie: Free Shipping). The buyer is required to pre-pay the return shipping cost. You must contact us for a RMA number and an exact amount we will issue a refund for, before shipping item back.
Most returns and refunds are completed within 3 business days of receiving the item back. During our busy holiday seasons (Halloween & Christmas) there can be a delay of up to 7 days for refunds.
EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item, please purchase the replacement item to ensure it is available and we can ship right away. Then send us an e-mail for a return RMA on the item that needs to be returned. Once the return item has been received back, we will issue a refund based on our return policy as listed above.
