Cel was created by Samper Silkscreen of Los Angeles, who was hired by Walt Disney Art Classics to produce this series of sericels.Bonus 1...Piece has been hand signed by the original voice of Pongo from he 1961 movie...Rod Taylor. Hand autographed with PSA/DNA certification. Rod recently past away on January 7, 2015. Sad news for us Toon-heads.Bonus 2...Piece was issued by Disney without a background.
