I am selling a lot of my Disney Christmas houses as our grandsons are now living with us and I really need the space so my loss is your gain. This house is so cute it has been displayed so it may be a little dusty I will wipe it off but any serious cleaning I will leave to whoever buys it.It comes with 2 Figurines and the cottage does have a chip out of it as you can tell from the pictures.
