We always sterilize our hands when handling pins, and they remain in their bags except when we are photographing them.

All pins are trade-able at the parks. Our pins come from other collectors and friends who live near both Disneyland and Disney World. If you have questions about the authenticity of a pin, contact us, and we\'ll provide whatever information we can. With the volume of sales we do, and considering most of our pins are used, it can sometimes be tough to trace a pin back to the original owner. We sell mostly to enthusiasts (like us), and realize the only way to guarantee that a pin is 100% authentic is to buy it directly from Disney.
