The Talking Bank is a resin type material and is in great shape visually. As far as the talking, I was able to get him to say all of his sayings, but that being said, the battery springs seem to be finicky. Anyone with basic repairs skills could probably fix this as the batteries kept popping out on me. I put a coin in there & it does talk but like I said the batteries have to be pushed in there because they want to pop out. Condition is very good pre-owned no chips/cracks/etc.
