Dollhouse Miniature Mixed Lot - 1:12 Scale

Notes on selected items in this lot:

The pearl piano is a vintage music box made in Japan for Shackman from solid cherry wood. It\'s a collector\'s item in pristine condition, with the Shackman label on the bottom. It plays \"Beautiful Dreamer\" when you wind it up and open the door on the side.
The mini book \"First Aid for Hypochondriacs\" has real pages, but they are blank (see photograph).
The trunk also is made by Shackman, though it doesn\'t have a label. There is an extra tray (with red lining). These trunks generally sell for $10-20 on and Etsy (without the extra tray).
