DescriptionThis listing is for an Original Limited Edition Print by local Memphis, TN artist Dolph Smith. This is Titled: Minnow Market numbered 312/350. It is unframed. This measures approximately 20 1/4\" x 26 1/8\".
This remarkable print features a stormy grey sky over an old shack with a Minnow stand on one side with long green shore grass in the forefront. The colors are clear and bright. The wide border shows much discoloration and foxing with some slight edge wear due to storage.
Dolph Smith earned his degree from the Memphis Academy of Art in 1960 and returned to the school as a faculty member in 1965, teaching until his retirement in 1995. He earned his reputation as a \"superb and highly collectible watercolor artist, focusing on the landscapes of the Mid-South\".
Direct from Memphis! This was acquired from a local artist client and retired art teacher. He is downsizing his collection of many great Local art finds!
With some TLC this will be ready to frame and showcase in your \"Memphis\" room, rec room or with your collection of other Local Arts and posters! It does have an aged appearance with 4 creases across the paper where it was perhaps folded in storage. I see no holes or tears. It is in full color and printed on thick card stock paper. This poster is in good condition! I will ship this rolled in a mailing tube.
