Doulton Lambeth Stoneware & Sterling Harvest Pitcher/Jug, Two Beakers and a strainer. I have seen the Harvest Pitcher and even the Two Beakers, the Unusual item in this whole set is the Strainer.

Maker: Doulton Lambeth, impressed mark on the bottom of all pieces except the strainer: “DOULTON” -above- “LAMBETH” -above- “ENGLAND“, was used on plain brown and cream glazed stoneware and occasional faience ware. Dates 1891-1956. The jug has the number “1264”; while each beaker has “1620”, on the bottom.

Sterling Marks as I can read them:

Sterling: Makers mark on JUG: CS FS (in separate rectangle), next mark is full lion in shield, next mark is tiger head in oval shape, date letter is “P” in a shield (dates this silver circa 1890)

Sterling: Makers mark on one beaker: C FS (in separate rectangles, it looks like the “S” after the “C” has been worn off from use, you can just barely make out another letter), next mark is worn in shield, next mark is worn in oval shape, date letter is “R” in a shield (dates this silver circa 1892)

Sterling: Makers mark on one beaker: CS S (in separate rectangles, it looks like the “F” before the “S” has been worn off from use, you can just barely make out another letter) next mark is worn very badly, next mark is worn in oval shape, date letter is “R” in a shield (dates this silver circa 1892)

There are no marks on the strainer.

CS FS stands for: Corneliuuus Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings ,

All pieces have a Hunting scene with a man on horseback following 7 dogs in pursuit of a Stag.

Sizes are approximate and as follows:

Harvest Pitcher/Jug 6 1/2\" High x 6 1/2\" wide

Beaker’s 4 7/8” high x 3 3/8” w

Strainer 3 1/8” diameter
