The vase is of large and impressive form and has tube lined decoration of fruits and foliage. Estimated date of manufacture is the late 1920s with a more precise design registration of X8721 which was registered in 1928. The vase has a nod towards the Art Deco but also has an Arts and Crafts feel typical of this period. The design and decoration is by Lily Partington and her initial monogram is to the base of the vase.
Condition ReportThe vase is in excellent condition for their vintage with no chips, cracks, or restoration. There is a little cracking to the applied tube line decoration as shown in close up but this is underglaze and has occurred at time of manufacture. It does not affect appeal or display and is mentioned purely for accuracy of description.

Signed for deliveries can also be requested at the end of the sale at a cost of an additional 95p for UK buyersor £3.50 for overseas.
Exceptions - Customers from the Russian Federation please note that we will only send items by Royal Mail Signed For and that the additional £3.50 charge will be added at the end of the sale.

All our items are packed securely, with a combination of chippings and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.
Overseas Combined Shipping
We will always combine shipping for multiple purchases to give you the cheapest possible delivery costs. Packages weighing up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Packages in excess of 2kg may be sent by courier if this is more cost effective for you.
If you have purchased multiple lots please wait for an invoice before making your payment.
