Description
The monochrome \'toe to tip\', inspired by Dr. Martens, that has been lovingly burnished so often that the polish has worked its way into the actual sole. The sole, welt, stitch, eyelets, laces, back loops and even linings are identical colors. Made on their \'84 Last which is a sleek and tapered fit made of smooth leather, Airwair\'s original signature leather: a firm, finished leather with a smooth and semi bright appearance. This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.

Most of my shoes come from store close-outs. Some may have been floor samples, display models or simply tried on a time or two. There may be the slightest creases or very light scuffs on the shoes from being handled and tried on. The soles may be lightly scuffed from being walked in while in the store setting. Any scuffs or marks on the shoe may be slightly noticeable when closely inspected, but are probably not visible at arm\'s length. Any of these very slight blemishes are consistent with being tried on/handled in a store setting.
