The dust jacket is a handmade facsimile of the original jacket, made to protect this antique rare book. The boards are in fair condition with some staining on the front and back and wear around the edges. There is a small tear on the top back edge of the binding and the title is smudged. The book is in fair to good condition, free from rips, tears, writing and bends. The front end page has the previous owners name written in pencil and there is a blue number mark on the inside front board. There is separation of the gutter on the title page, but all pages are in tact and there are no loose pages. Page 311 is dog eared on the bottom of the page, all pages are very lightly toned and the book is slightly askew. This is a great and very rare collectible book and a must for all.
