You are offerding on an extremely rare Drastic Plastic 1/6 Leader of WWII Franklin D. Roosevelt action figure. This figure is new and complete, never removed from the box. He comes dressed in a dark blue pinstripe suit with armband. Complete with metal leg braces, wheel chair, cigarette with holder and ash tray, glasses and hat. There are even rings on his fingers. This figure was produced in small numbers and has been out of production for a number of years. It is becoming increasingly harder to find. Don\'t let this one get away!
