A truly magnificent, beautiful, hand painted Dresden ceramic Figurine.All Hand Painted WITH HAND LACED BORDERS around her head covering, sleeves and total neck covering.The beautiful face with her incredibly delicate fingers, she is sitting on a high-backed chair. Her legs are beautifully crossed as she is looking down to her cat and her cat is looking up at her. She has a blue half-boot shoe with a gold accent in the middle of it. The base/stand with the Lady Dresden Figurine is 11 inches tall in total including the base she is sitting on. The Dresden Lady Figurine is 9 3/4 inches total...and 6 1/2 inches wide with felt pieces all over the bottom, so no scratching of your glass or table. The oval base is 8 inches from tip to strength from the longest part of the oval base and is 6 inches from side to side on the base. The photos do not really show the absolute beauty of this Dresden piece.Dresden Decorators Blue Crown was started in 1883 and was registered between the 4 most prominent ceramic decorators in the city of Dresden.I know this is a period piece, but cannot get the actual date of it but personally know that it has been in the family for over 60 years.This Dresden piece should be started at sale for $500.00, but I\'m starting it at under $250.00.If you should win this piece, you will absolutely not be anything but WOWED, when you open up the package, which will be so very gently packed to preserve all of her lace and colors that were so very carefully hand painted. There is a loose piece of lace dangling from her left sleeve (shown in the photo), otherwise, please take advantage of this rare piece as you will be very proud to show her off to anyone wherever you place her.
