Here is a great little ducati restoration project.. It is a very rare, fresh out of the barn, 1966 mark 3 sport model. The motor turns over freely and has compression, the bike is in need of full restoration, but is a good chance to own a rare ducati model that you don\'t see pop up for sale too often. This bike is pretty much complete, but please look at the pictures well, what you see is what you get. This bike also has the nicer aluminum borrani rims (most had the chrome steel rims), and chrome fenders (most had painted) the inside of the tank looks excellent and besides some pretty easy to fix dents and crusty paint, the tank looks pretty good. The few of these restored examples that i have seen pop up have been pulling in some pretty good money, and if i didn\'t have another two ducati\'s that i was restoring already i would keep this thing.. what you see is what you get.. bill of sale onlyOn Sep-08-15 at 20:12:55 PDT, seller added the following information:
i had a question about the rim markings so i thought i would share. The rear has a very visible \"borrani\" and some other data (i posted a picture), and the front i tried taking a look today but couldnt find any markings on it, i may be a little blind though..
