A very whimsical square shaped Dutch silver miniature of a butchers shop made in Holland circa 1895-1900 . This is quite large at 6.75 cm / 2.6 inches diameter and weighing 83 gr / 2.8 troy oz . It features butchers at work cutting the meat , some maids attending them and a dog attempting to get some meat off the table . The base has an engraved design and it has Dutch hallmarks on the top edge and underneath . A highly collectible curio .
