About this Item:

Dwight D. Eisenhower (October 14, 1890 - March 28, 1969), 34th United States President and Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in Europe during World War II, authentic, autographed vintage typed letter (TLS). The letter is typed on Eisenhower's personal stationary and isdated December 16, 1965.

The letter was written to Mr. James S.Copley, prominent American newspaper publisher, with Eisenhower expressing thanks to Copley for a recent gift to be added to Eisenhower's library.

The letter is initialed "D.E."in fountain pen and is in fine condition.
