DESIGN: A highly unique and versatileearly Modern Industrial \"Dazor Floating Arm\" Lamp design circa 1940. The lamp articulates via an anglepoise type mechanism at the base and mid-joint fashioned after the bone movement of the human arm. Completely manufactured of plated steel parts throughout and extremely well engineered and machined. Designer/Manufactures markings are clearly evident on the spring loaded assembly mechanism at the heavy duty clamping vise style base. CONDITION: This impressive lamp is in excellent original condition, completely intact andfully functional. Very moderate finish wear with no damage or repair issues. The dark Green dome shaped shade is free of any defects aside from an ideal patina to its original finish, the raised manufactures markings around the perforated collar read \"Pat Nov. 20, 1906 Hollophane \". Original push through socket has been inspected and appears clean and safe, the power cord has been replaced at some point with appliance grade insulated wire.
DIMENSIONS: The lamps general dimensions in the first shown fixed position is 27\" tall with an overall width of 29\", eachextension arm is about 18\" long, the shade is 6.5\" diameter…filament bulb is NOT included.
