EARLY Vintage Effanbee Composition c.1928 Patsy Ann Doll with Molded Hair and Tin Sleep Eyes with Lashes #1283558 19\".Her hair is molded and painted light reddish brown. She has grayish-blue tin sleep eyes with lashes. Her face is nicely painted. The right arm is bent at the elbow; the left arm is fully extended and the fingertips of both hands have paint wear. There is some flaking of the composition/paint. She has a crack on one side of her neck,small crack on forehead and light cracking on top of head. Her stringing is loose so that she doesn\'t hold pose. She comes with a red vintage corduroy coat and hat. Her red polka dot dress and white onesie are new. The doll stroller pictured is not part of sale.
