Payment is due within 3 days after sale end.  Non paid transaction will be forwarded to a collections agency for amount owed plus all listing fees incurred (this will be reported to credit bureaus). Discounted/combined shipping is for same sale week only. Positive response is left after payment is made. Please don`t forget to leave positive response and a 5 star rating. I strive to make every transaction a 5 star rating for both of us!

Shipping is done via USPS.  All items have tracking numbers which are emailed to customer. Any item valued $250 and up will have a USPS signature confirmation at no extra charge. If you would like to add insurance, please request as it is no longer an option through check out. I am happy to discount shipping on multiple purchases made in the same sale week only.  Please wait for me to invoice you with discount after sale ends.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Shipping will be the same as US shipping costs for items $75 and under.  Any item $76 dollars and up is shipped registered, insured and usually runs about 17-20 dollars depending on price and weight of item. Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to offerding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. We claim the value of the package by the ending item price. I cannot claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees, as it is against the law.

RETURN POLICY 

Returns are not accepted so please read entire description, look at all pictures carefully and ask all questions prior to offerding. Questions are not answered after the sale ends.  Almost all of my pieces are hand made, so they will not be perfect.  Vintage and used pieces will have some wear to them.  I will point out any damage that I see.  I do put weight and measurement of all pieces as well so please read that as well.   

LEGAL TERMS OF SALE

 Unpaid accounts will now be forwarded to a collections agency and will be reported to credit bureaus.  I try my very best to represent my items as accurately as possible.  Items are guaranteed as described.  You must read whole description and look at pictures carefully.  Interpretation of condition and measurements are buyers responsibility. Colors may not always be exact, but I try to describe them if they are off. Cameras will sometimes slightly alter the color of turquoise and it may not match the picture exactly-that is not misrepresentation.  Any item I have listed as authentic or in the Native American category is authentic, guaranteed.  I guarantee authenticity of Mr. Gomez work as well.  By confirming offer, you are confirming you have read all of the terms listed above and understand them.  Thank you.
