1900 to 1905 gibson girl 2 PIECE GOWN.This amazing wedding dress is made of superfine batiste cotton and has tucks and insert lace through out skirt and top. It has 8 hidden mother of pearl buttons at back opening. [bottom one is missing] Skirt has 5 hook and eyes up back for closure.Skirt has 3 rows of 5 tucks each panels.Skirt panels line up with top panels. The insert lace goes all way around skirt tucks.

THIS IS EXTRA SMALL. Please look at measurements for a good fit and compare them to yourself before purchasing.

CONDITION:

I Have not tried to clean this gown. Half dozen tiny rust spots on skirt. On left side there is another stain. There is a faint stain at skirt bottom. Skirt needs to be mended at bottom of fastener edge. A few of the fasteners are missing on skirt. The waistband and lace is in good condition as are the tucks in front of bodice and skirt. BEAUTIFUL! Top has yellowing spots throughout. VERY Bottom HIDDEN button is missing IN BACK. The high collar does not have any hook and eyes but looks like it was made that way. There are a couple pin holes above waist in back. SEE PICTURES. THIS HAS NO ADVERSE SMELLS AND IS FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME.
