An Authentic Piece of Elvis, The White Fence of Graceland

Here\'s an extremely rare section of the famous white wooden fence that surrounded Graceland before 1976, when Elvis\'s friend and companion, Mike McGregor, took on the job of taking the fence down. In doing this, he saved a few fence fragments for himself to sell out of his Elvis souvenir shop.

This valuable piece of weathered white fence, which measures 13\" x 7.25\" x 0.75\" thick (about 98 sq. inches), has writing on both sides. One side, the side facing the street, has a faded loved note from an Elvis fan which reads, \"Elvis u are 2 Sweet.\" The other side, which faced the inside of Graceland, is a special handwritten personal note from Mike McGregor himself to the famous memorabilia dealer and collector, the late Richard Wilson, owner of \"Norm\'s Jeans.\" It reads:

\"Richard, this board is from Elvis\'s fences taken down in 1976.

Your Friend,

Mike McGregor\"

This is a real rare treasure, the likes of which are fading into history, and for which there will never be a replacement. Comparable pieces of this same Graceland fence wood are currently selling online (Amazon and ) for $125 to $175 per square inch, which, if cut up and sold individually, would be worth between $12,250 and $17,150. This is quite a real deal and an historic opportunity that will not last long.

I am selling this Elvis Presley relic of Graceland cheap, below my cost, because I am using the proceeds to fund a new project.
