All items include Free Standard shipping to all available shipping destinations. U.S. orders include USPS Delivery Confirmation and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days. International Orders do not include tracking information but should arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

U.S. orders can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail® for an additional $4.95 per item.

Returns - All returns require an RMA number to be returned, any return received without an RMA will be refused back to the customer. Please contact our customer service department by phone at 951-687-1140 from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST Monday - Friday or by using the contact seller form.

Refunds - Refunds issued will include merchandise charges as well as shipping charges; excluding International and Expedited shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us so we can facilitate a replacement or correction at no charge. If buyer chooses to return a damaged or incorrect item, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
