Up for sale is this 6 line size Kosmos oil lamp burner marked with the \'sun-star mark usually attributed to Erich & Graetz . The six line size, with a coarse thread at the base, 25mm external diameter, is the size required to fit into many of the most decorative miniature oil lamps, typically the smaller nursery lamps, owls, cherubs etc.

This one is complete with the correct \'Bear Brand, Crystal glass chimney, and has a decent , long ! ( old ) wick which winds up and down perfectly. There are no splits or breaks to the burner, and the shade gallery is undamaged, stands straight and concentric and does not wobble. The ring will support the usual 5&1/2 inch base shade.

No cracks or chips to chimney. Ready to use, original, old, nice.

Burner and chimney stand just over 8&1/2 inches high.

Please note, sale is for the burner, ( including integral shade holder) wick and chimney. The owl and the shade in the last picture are for demonstration only and are NOT included in this sale .

Spare, OLD, 6 line brass burner collar available to high buyer, if wanted, £9.50, no extra postage if sent with burner.

I can supply the high buyer with a suitable old orignal shade if required.

Ready to use, could perhaps do with a little more polishing, some dirt in the crevices. Very hard to find and always in demand to finish off a nice miniature oil lamp.
