The expo was at the time the largest Antique John Deere Tractor display in the northEastern United States. RETURNS: We accept returns ONLY AFTER THE BUYER HAS CONTACTED US DIRECTLY THROUGH MESSAGES and the reason for the return specified and agreed upon by BOTH parties involved. Multiple photos of the item to be returned must be supplied by the buyer through to us before a return will be considered. The returned item must be the same one as originally shipped be in brand new condition with all packaging, display base and other appointments, have no signs of use, damage display or other flaws. A restock fee as specified in the listing will be applied. All items we ship are BRAND NEW unless advertised as used in the listing. IF A RETURNED ITEM IS SENT US AND IT ARRIVES WITH DAMAGE OR IT IS NOT THE SAME ITEM AS WE SHIPPED WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND AND WILL NOT ADDRESS THE RETURN. THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE BUYER. All shipping costs are NOT refundable.DAMAGE CLAIM UPDATES: We ship all items with content insurance. If your item arrives and has in-transit shipping damage contact us immediately through messages so there is a record of the initial claim. Retain all paper work, complete item and box with packing. Take photos of the exterior of the shipping box from all angles, the interior of the box and packaging and of the damaged item and send them to us through messages. We will initiate the damage claim with the selected carrier who we used to ship the item. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved we will issue a refund back to the original buyer.
