This is a great very vintage, all metal, Halloween figure tabletop decoration, with the manufacturers labels missing. I am thinking 1960\'s-70\'s, recalling similar all metal decor from my own childhood holidays. This rare pumpkin head figure all dressed up in black top hat, bow tie & tux is electrically lighted and has a 6 ft long cord with in-line switch. It measures 10.5 inches high by 5.5 inches wide by 3 inches deep (arms spread=10 inches wide) and it has 2 unique features.First is the through-wall cutwork on both front and back, allowing bright light out, to create stars on nearby walls and ceiling.Second special feature, a clear glass covered window on the tummy is made opaque by an inner round orange smooth rippled panel. This melted ripples effect is reminiscent of a popular crafting practice of the 60\'s and 70\'s.This Halloween decor piece appears to have been very well cared for. I do not find any chipped paint, dings, dents or rust and it works correctly-it is in impressively excellent condition. (An on-seam depression would likely be due to a vintage welding process). The only sign of wear I find is some fading of the gold stars on the bow tie and top hat (please see photo #5).
