Up for sale is an EXTREMELY RARE Large Original 59\" x 56\" Vice Admiral German Flag with Rope:I purchased this many years ago (With several other German items) from German family that re-located to the USA after WW2. It was tested by UV/Black Light & did not glow.Classic Black Iron Cross with one Dot on off white background. These were used mainly on Military Naval Ships that were safely docked, then raised/flown/displayed to show respect for Admirals that would visit that particular Naval Ship or Submarine. Made from Heavy Cotton/Linen type material, that\'s re-enforced at corners & rope seam. Has 3/8\" Rope & is Stamped on seam (Vice Adm. 1.5 x 1.5 & Inspection Stamp). See pictures for details.Nice EXTREMELY RARE (Most never made it out of WW2) Original Large Vice Admiral German Military German Flag for that Military/Navy, German, WW1 WW2 Collector.
