Rare Quality, Antique Persian Solid silver Vase - circa late 19th Century, Isfahan 1880.
Classic vasi-form body with a flaring mouth.
Bottom bears unusual maker\'s mark (crowned by sun-burst design) and date mark - judging from the quality of work it is a master silversmith.
The entire surface is deeply hand-chased with Figural, floral and geometric designs - work is of the HIGHEST STANDARD - Please note the quality of the wolves\'s heads spewing water, the Herons and all other elements.
There are many Isfahan works offered on the market but this one is truly special.
Excellent condition with no repairs or losses - please view detailed pictures.
It measures 15 cm tall x 30 cm in circumference around the widest part - weight is 300 grams.
