A magnificent raspberry pink red jade and almandine garnet necklace, signed M, in a shield ?, and 925.The beads are the exact color of the inside of a watermelon. Spectacular!The jade beads are 10mm.
The garnets are 4.5mm.Jade beads total, at least 288 carats; add the garnets and we\'re over 300 carats.Weight is 64.2 grams.The necklace has been restrung. It was previously hand knotted between each bead, but the silk thread broke. I had it restrung, but not knotted. My jeweler would have had to send it out, so I declined.It is in great vintage condition. A light cleaning is recommended.
